We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your appointment.

For in-person appointments, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. There is no fee for rescheduling an appointment.

For online appointments, kindly give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00.
