RESOURCES FOR YOUR NOTARY BUSINESS

Picture
If you're a Colorado Notary, or want to become a Colorado Notary, the resources below should be able to help.  Looking for something else?  Let me know by sending me an email or text message.  I'm always looking for ways to make this page more useful.

Colorado Secretary of State.  This is where you will apply, renew and get information  CO SOS
Colorado Notarial Laws Handbook PDF

Loan Signing System (this is where you can learn how to become a Notary Signing Agent).  The education is robust and there is also training for all different kinds of Notarial work, including Wills and Estates, General Notary Work, Apostilles, etc.  Click HERE to learn more.

Loan Signing System CRM - You must be a current LSS student or subscriber of the FB page. This is a FREE 30 day trial of the CRM.  Click HERE for more info.

National Notary Association (NNA):  This is their training page.  I highly recommend taking Notary Essentials.  I found this to be super helpful to me when I first started.  Then take the Signing Agent course and exam. Most Signing Services will require this.  NNA TRAINING

For your E&O Insurance there are several options.  I connected with a trusted Commercial Insurance Agent who is local (Denver, CO) and I am now using him for my E&O.  I highly recommend him and his team! The rates were better than BiBerk and some of the others.  His name is Kindel Callendar.  His email [email protected]

Some other tools I use are:

NOTARY GADGET I use this tool to keep all my signings, accounting, journal, mileage, etc.  I couldn't live without it!

Sticker Mule

For RON signings, I use PACTIMA

For my Domain email, calendar and everything else I use GOOGLE WORKSPACE

For graphic design, business cards, flyers, etc I use CANVA

*** Some of these liniks are Affiliate links and I earn a commission ***
