Cancellations/Reschedules/No-Show

Cancellation Policy:

• For in-person appointments, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.  There is no fee for rescheduling an appointment.
• For online appointments, kindly give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00.
• If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
• We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency.
• We value your time and ours, and we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
