Please note that when I arrive at your location and am able to look at the documents you have, the final fee may change based on the number of Notarial Acts needed. Our normal travel fee is $35.00 within 20 miles of 80104. If you are more than 20 miles from 80104, please add $1.25 for every mile. Administrative and travel fees may apply.

- We ask that you pay a $25.00 deposit to hold your spot
- For your appointment please be sure you have your government-issued ID and all documents. Please let me know if you will need your documents printed. We will provide the rest.
- The balance can be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle & Credit Cards. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

Cancelation/Reschedule Policy:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, there will be no fee charged.
Cancelations within 2 hours of your appointment can be done without penalty. Anything under 2 hours prior to appointment will incur a $25.00 fee. If you do not show you will be charged the full fee.
